Magic Pepper

Our Magic Pepper Dip tastes fruity and spicy and can be conjured up in seconds with quark, cream cheese or yoghurt to create a delicious dip.

For this it is enough to let two teaspoons of the dip in three tablespoons of good olive oil swell for ten minutes. Then 200g cream cheese and 50g yoghurt are folded in, stirred vigorously and the peppery dip is ready.

Tip: Try the mixture as a marinade for tofu or steak!
